the secretary is responsible for all registration transactions. applications should be sent by post, by the band secretary direct to the registry. do not ask other secretaries or players to send them on your behalf.

all registration applications must be completed by the player, and must contain the authorised signature of the band registration official (defined in the rules as "secretsry").

All registration application forms should be sent by post by the band secretary, and must be complete in full. any application that is incomplete, or contains incorrect details will be returned unprocessed and undated.

all applications must contain correct and accurate details. the registry may take disciplinary action against any player who supplies incorrect details to the registry. this action may be permanent withdrawal or suspension of registration.

new player application

Secretaries wishing to register an unregistered player should request that the player completes a new player form, and then authorise by signature. The Secretary should send the application to the Registry by post together with two identical passport style photographs and the applicable fee.

Transfer application

Secretaries wishing to transfer a player from another band should request that the player completes the player section of a transfer from. The Secretary should then obtain releasing band Secretary's signature and current registration card which should then be posted direct to the Registry together with the applicable fee.

duplicate card application

Secretaries wishing to aquire a duplicate registration card player should request that the player completes a duplicate card form, and then authorise by signature. The Secretary should send the application to the Registry by post together with two identical passport style photographs and the applicable fee.

Registration Verification Form

These forms may be completed by a band Secretary to be used in instances where a registration card may not be available.
A photograph of the player must be affixed to the form, and the Secretary MUST telephone the Registry to obtain a registration number. Verification forms will be retained at a contest and then posted by the contest control to the Registry for verification.
