Registration application forms
IMPORTANT. The BBBR require a MINIMUM 10 working days to process applications. Send applications within a reasonable timescale.
The band Secretary is responsible for all registration transactions for their band.
Transactions should be posted recorded delivery, as proof of postage may be required if applications are undelivered.
Do not telephone the BBBR simply to ask if we have received an application. Send recorded delivery or enclose a stamped addressed post card that we can return to you by return.
New player registrations.
Secretaries wishing to register unregistered players should supply the following:
a duly completed New Player Registration Form;
two identical passport type photographs of the player;
appropriate fee.
These should be sent by post by the band Secretary DIRECTto
the Registry together with a written request detailing the required transaction.
Transfers.
Players wishing to transfer from another band should supply the following
to their new band Secretary:
a duly completed transfer form;
your current registration card;
These should be sent by post by the band Secretary DIRECTto
the Registry together with a written request detailing the required transaction.
Revalidation.
All players cards must be revalidated by the Registry, BEFORE the
date denoted on the card.
Secretaries should send ALL cards, and denote any they wish to cancel.
It assists the Registry if the cards are sorted into alphabetical order.
Required documents:
